I have the full version of the Mike Meyers CD-ROM A+ Certification
Practice Exams, and I've getting a score of 88% and above in Final
Mode for the Core(11 exams, 50 questions each) and Operating System(11
exams, 50 questions each). Am I ready to take the A+ certification
Test Now?

Your scores are very good it look like you know your stuff.However go take few other test (many free one) for example www.freecomptia.com has several to offer and if your score close to the same or better than go for it.
