| Some in here have responded to and helped me before, so here is another
question.
Are vouchers for real ? If I understand it, I "buy" a voucher from someone
for $99
instead of $139, and I use that as payment when I register for a test?
Seems
almost too good to be true....
BTW...I am reading the "Dummies" book for A+. Seems ok.

The vouchers are real. No one should pay full retail for their tests. Two
reputable voucher vendors are Total Seminars at www.totalsem.com (Mike
Myers) and www.wetrainit.com (Andy Barkl). They are both regular posters to
this newsgroup.
Just make sure you buy the right voucher for the test center where you'll be
taking the test. Prometric and VUE, as far as I know, do not accept each
other's vouchers. And be aware that vouchers are not refundable in case you
decide not to take the test.
