Author Who says this is Vender-Neutral?

Just a thought as I sit here studying . . . Can this really be considered
vender-neutral if there are no questions about Macintosh file systems, pin
connectors, boot problem diagnosis or CPU history? I largely support NT
users, but about 1/3 of the organization runs Macs, and when I'm walking by
a Mac user who has a problem, it's my job to help. I do wish the A+ cert,
and the prep materials I am using, covered a little of what I am likely to
run into on this front. You would laugh if you knew how long it took me to
find the power button on a 7300 . . .

Ah well, again, it's just a thought.

Crap - all that, and I can't even spell vendor correctly. Why is it every
post I put out there has some sort of stupid grammatical or spelling error?
I'd be lost without Word.

Hmm - I kind of agree, but to tell the truth I don't consider a Mac a PC.
Apple considers themselves above all else so I guess they should supply
their own certification. Myself I would have loved to learn a little more
about other PC based OS such as Linux or OS2. - guess we cant have
everything ... lol

I had the misfortune of using OS/2 for a year at one of my jobs years ago...
And people complain about Windows?!?
