Author Passed Core and OS today!
Bob

2002-09-24, 5:28 pm

Just got back from the testing centre, passed both exams with a 959 in Core
and 911 in OS (my weaker subject) To think I was really worried about the OS
exam!

Have to say though that 20/30 questions for the exam is way too short (both
mine ended after 20)
Just like to say thanks to Mike Meyers and the All In One Book which is
indeed "All you need" to pass the A+ exams in fine style.
Now considering my options as what to do next as Im eager to go further with
this. Thinking about doing network+ and then MCSA.

Cheers

Yeah, I'm planning to do Network+ and then hopefully an MCSA as well. Seems
like a promising career track.

Thanks Guys.
Just been looking into MCSA, apparently you have to have taken at least one
MCSA module before you can put your A+ and Network+ exams forward for it.
Thought Id check out what MCSA Study Guides were available and noticed
theres not a MCSA newsgroup under alt.certification. Does anyone know of a
good MCSA newsgroup atall?

You might want to try alt.certification.mcse
Of course, some of the topics may be "irrelevant" to attaining your MCSA,
but the more you know over your fellow MCSA's, the better...
