Author failing backup job

I have set up a job in MSSQL to backup a database from my Member server to
my Domain server. The domain server is mapped as S:. The owner of the
backup job is the domain\administrator. I have the SQL Server and the SQL
Server Agent running.
The error I receive is 'The job failed. The owner () of job EMR BACKUP does
not have server access.'
Any ideas?

Try using the UNC instead of mapped drive. Also, you may need to
authenticate before you can back up to it. You may want to try simply
connecting to the domain server first.
