microsoft.public.sqlserver.server - MMC can not create Node

Hello All,
I am getting the following error message "MMC can not
create node. Make sure that mmcndmgr.dll is registered."

This happens when trying to open Enterprise Manager in SQL
Server 2000.

does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Sue,

Not sure, but you can try registering that dll.If that doesnt help, may be
you can reinstall MDAC (www.microsoft.com/data)
