| I have tried that but no luck. I think that I can chase the problem back
to a domain name change. And I believe that the database is trying to
authenticate on the old domain. I have even tried logging in using the sa
account but that does not work. I really am not sure how to approach this
problem. This is compounded by not having a good backup of the transaction
log. the only blessing is that this domain is still under construction but I
really want to recover the database and transaction log.
and help would be great
