Dose SQL 2000 std server have a record limit for table?

Yes but not a practical one for all normal purposes. 1 table can span
multiple files, each file can be 32 Tb, so practical issues like affording
the discs tend to come in well before the theoretical limits.

No, according to BOL (under Maximum Capacity Specifications):

Rows per table: Limited by available storage
