Problem with SQL Mail

| Hi,
I have a problem with SQL Mail.
I have set SQL Mail up to use an Exchange account and tested it and it works
fine.
But when I run the xp_sendmail it return with the following:
Server: Msg 18025, Level 16, State 1, Line 0
xp_sendmail: failed with mail error 0x80004005
What does this mean?
