Evaluation Copy and Service Pack Incompatibilities?
|

| I'm interested in using the 120 day evaluation copy of SQL
Server 2000 for a client and would like to apply the
latest service pack on top. However, I remember someone
once saying that the MSDN version should be used rather
than the evaluation one because of incompatibilities -
unfortunately I didn't ask him to specify them, so does
anyone else have info/experience of this? Thanks in
advance.

| You cannot apply service packs to the evaluation edition.
You can apply service packs to all MSDN versions.
