Author registering SQL Server instance in enterprise manager

I am trying to register all my sql server instances onto my local PC using
enterprise manager. They were all successful, except one. The group that
manipulates the data of this server does not want to give me the username
and password that the machine is logging on as, all they want to give me is
certain priveledges to do back ups. Is there any way that I can still
register this instance into my enterprise manager?

Hi,

How can you do backup without anything you can use to connect to the server?

You can use standard SQL authentication to register a server in Enterprise
Manager.

Thanks and regards,
