We've had OWA running for several months, now I need to
add another Exchange server. It doesn't appear that OWA
is recognizing the new server. A user gets the log-in
prompt but it returns an error that the username or
password is incorrect (I know its typed in correctly).
The event log gives me an ID 100.

Any user whose mailbox is on the current server still
works fine, just those that were moved to the second
server.
