Storage Figures Don't Tie Up!

I have recently been doing a storage audit on my servers
and noted some uses Exchange was excesive terefore I have
set limits and asked users to delete out un-necessary
entries - however I have one account that is showing 614
item and has exceeded its storage limit but the OutlookXP
interface in only showing 4 (and these are messages from
exchange about the exceeded limit).

1. Why Can't these be viewed by the client?
2. How can I un-block what is there?
3. How can I view the contents?
