Do I need to an upgrade from symantec or if so, pls give me the URL.

I don't use it, but I think that version is just for the file system. You
also need an Exchange aware product (and need to exclude all Exchange
directories & the M drive from file-level scanning). For Exchange, I'd
recommend either Trend ScanMail or Sybari Antigen - nothin' else.
