I don't know what to do. I have tried redownloading the service pack.
I have tried manually shutting down all the services first. I have
tried turning off the remote reg service first and after. Nothing
works. Could someone please help????I did have SP2 installed first and
am using Norton Corporate Edition always turned it off first and
Symantec Antivirus and Filtering which I had removed while trying to
install SP3.
Thanks,
Amy

| Make sure that Remote Registry service is running on the computer that you
have problems with.
