Author Delegate control

I've been searching in the KB, but cannot find an answere. Perhaps someone
can poiint me in the right direction or (better) show me how/where to act.

Here is the following:
Every users calendar should be readably for everyone in our organization.

This can obviously be done through Outlook by each user with delegate
control, but we would like to set these permissions on the server side.

How and where should I do this ?

In mailbox Rights in the Exchange Advanced tab, the only option is to set
full mailbox access. This is not wanted for obvious reasons, only calendar
should be readable. Plus another thing is that we don't want to go and
modify on a per user base, but do all in one to save time.

Tanks in advance,

Erwin

Have you considered a Public Folder Calendar? I would think that most users
would want some sense of privacy with their personal calendars but I may be
wrong.

a public folder calendar is not an option. We don't want to tell our users
to start doing calendaring differently(as that will always give issues for
users). But let then continue working as usual. Sending out a message with
the actions they should do to delegate is only a last mean as most users
just won't do it.

For their private calendar items, they can tick the box private on those
items which would hide the item for the other users.

I am sure that if a user can delegate control, this could also be done on
the server side

Cheers,

Erwin

You are creating tons of unneeded traffic by doing this. Maybe this is what
John was alluding to?
