Had a stituation arise sending to multiple address (370)
Mail was sent BCC: All TO: No entry made.
What happened was the server somehow got into a cycle and
kept sending to everyone over and over. Brought the entire
system to an absolute crawl. I wound up freezing all
queues and manually killing each mail in the que before
unfreezing it. I know for sure that some people wound up
getting50 Plus copies of this email.

Any Ideas on what happened? 200 Server, Exchange 2000
Outlook 2002.
