| I delete a NT account in win2000/mailbox in exchange
server and recreate a new one,but i got error messages:
when i used the new NT Account(A) to logon and opened the
outlook,I couldn't locate its mailbox(the 'check name'
and 'server' couldn't be done!).
Later when i reloged on and tried to open the outlook, i
got error message: "unable to open your default folders.
You don't have permission to log on!"
when i log on using another account(B), and open the
outlook and try to send a new email to that person A, the
email failed and i got error message from system
administrator :
"The following recipients(s) could not be reached:
A configuration error in the e-mail system caused the
message to bounce between two servers or to be forwarded
between two recipents." ---i just have one server.so it is
obvious that i have dupilicate email accounts or
mailbox.but i couldn't find out where they are in
exchanger server admin and only got some bad exchange
account in cvs file. I'm very new in the exchange
admin, and your help would be very helpful. Thanks a lot.

I couldn't find out the existing mailbox/recipient for the
two accounts but they do exist in cvs file by using
the 'directory export' as below. It seems that i need to
delete all the remained data. but how could i do?
(part data in cvs file):
----------------------1----------------2----------3--
obj-Class----------Mailbox ----------Mailbox
First Name---------Rob---------------Rob----
Last;--------------Phillips----------Phillips
