| I am researching an issue that our company is experiencing
with the Rightfax email gateway, specifically the Rightfax
Connector service.
We are seeing the following error in the application log
on the MS Exchange 2000 server where the connector is
running. It seems the "connector for Captaris Rightfax"
service stalls once this error comes up. The service shows
running, however, emails/faxes are not routed to the
exchange addresses. If we stop and start the connector
service, the systems functions once again, until the error
reappears. See error below:
