| How can i attach a security message to every outbound
email saying something about how the message is to be read
only by the reciepent listed in the to: field etc....

| GFI Mail Essentials will perform this task. It also has rudimentary
spam filtering (not tht useful IMO), automated responses, and the
ability to POP mail into mailboxes. It costs about $900 for unlimited
mailboxes.
We use it here and it works well.
