Unable to View the attachments in Public folders

| I am using Exchange server 2000
Outylook 2000 as client
everything is working fine but the problem with Public
folders i am unable view the attachemnts
i am getting the follwoing error
CAn't open this item, You do not have sufficent permission
to perform this operation on this object, see the folder
cattact or your system administrator

| Don't know if this applies, but it came to mind...
Can you access the attachments via OWA? If you cannot view attachments in
Outlook, but you can in OWA, this behavior can be caused by file attributes
being modified on drive M: because of a backup or virus scan.
