Hi,
I have 2 exchange servers, 1 on the intranet for a number
of users totally isolated for security, 1 the intrernet
for all other users, the users on the internet one needs
to communicate with the employees on the intranet, how to
open a very secure channel to allow this with out
jeoprdizing the security of the intranet server?

If the users are totally isolated for security, you don't.

Thanks alot but do You mean I can't open a 100% secure
channel to transfer the messages from teh non-isolated
netwrok to the isolated one ? not even a limited time
duration?

No. By definition an isolated network is no longer 100% secure when a
connection is made to an external network.
