| Is anyone using Antigen with Exchange 2000 SP3, and if so, any negative
experiences? We had to apply a reg hack for Antigen 6.5 to be compatible
with SP3, but are still having issues such as the realtime scanner stopping
and even a server hang.

I'd be on the phone to Sybari if you've got an SP3 related issue as a
very first step.
