OWA: Problem creating NEW PUBLIC FOLDERS
|
|

| Some users cannot create new subfolders in the public
folders via OWA. They have the permissions they need
but get the error: "ERROR UNKOWN 0"
Any help would be appreciated.

| How exactly are they creating Public Folders while in OWA?

| Anything in the App Event Log? Can the affected users create root PF's
while in OWA? I am assuming the affected users can create these subfolders
through Outlook MAPI? Has the affected users tried a different machine with
another browser to see if the problem remains? Any special security
settings in IE that might be causing the problem?
