I am required to archive all mail for 5 years in an easily recoverable
format. All mail relaying through, arriving at or originating from my
Exchange servers must be included in this archive. The archive must be
stored in two facilities.

Researching on the web I've found a number of products that appear to be
designed to do this, generally archiving to DVD-R. Does anyone have
experience doing this? Can you recommend products you've been happy with?
Any I should avoid?
