Author Problems with MX Record

Is there an article or 'How To' from Microsoft about
setting up POP3 Mail on exchange. I currently have my
Internet domain name hosted externally. However, they
have my MX Record pointing to my server's public IP. When
I send an e-mail from juno or where ever to my address in
the domain (eg JohnMark@MyDomain.com) I am not receiving
it. I can only imagine that the problem is on my end.
Any suggestions?

Thank you!

John,
What exactly are you trying to do? If the MX record for your domain
points to your mail server, then any mail server on the Internet will
attempt to send e-mails to your server's public IP. Is your server set up
to receive e-mail through SMTP or is your e-mail supposed to go somewhere
else and then your server picks it up from there?
