Event 9548 - memory fragmentation - ignorable?

| My Exchange mailbox server shows Event 9548 in the App
log once an hour. The text is:
The virtual memory necessary to run your Exchange server
is fragmented in such a way that performance may be
affected. It is highly recommended that you restart all
Exchange services to correct this issue.
The server is not clustered, and TechNet article 296073
says I don't have to worry about it. Does anyone else
have experience with this error? Shoudl I restart my
services anyway?
Thanks,
M

| if you have advanced server and more than 1GB memory, you can use 3GB switch
in boot.ini file.
