I just setup an Exchange 2K Server, and right now, all my outgoing mails
seems to stay in the SMTP Outgoing queue for a long time. I many times have
to "Force Connection" the SMTP Connector to make it send the emails. What
can I do to make the Exchange send the emails as soon as I send it through
Outlook or Outlook Express?

Thank you for your time and help.

When viewing the queues in ESM:

- With the Queues object selected in the left pane, what is the Time Of
Next Connection of the queue(s) in the right pane? If you have messages
deposited in a queue, and the queue has no time of next connection, you have
a "problem".

- In the properties of the message in the queue, what is the number of
Delivery Failures, and is it in the Retry state?
