Hello,

We have 4 conference rooms set up in Exchange 2000. They all work well, but
at times a senior person will need to bump an already scheduled meeting. Is
there a way to move the meeting to new conference room within Exchange.
This would be done by an assigned room admin, who has owner rights to the
room object in W2K.

Thanks

Larry C

Hi;

I think you have to permit resources to change conference resources during
the conference in conferencing manager console.

You have to check its appropriate box.
