We are experiencing exactly the same problem. We are in
the middle of a migration to Exch2K and are having issues
getting the script to work properly.

I have tried applying the script manually to a test
resource and I always get Event 11 errors when I send a
test meeting. I have read through the following articles
which seem related:

Q222066
Q326648
Q281683

We have been using AutoAccept for ages and love it. It
doesn't look like there have been many updates on
www.exchangecode.com in a while so I wonder how long it
will be before a new version comes out.

I also know that the Outlook client has the ability to
auto-accept, but it needs to be Outlook 2000 or later. We
don't really have the desire or time to upgrade everyone's
client.

I have also tried setting Anonymous as Owner to the new
Events Root server folder and tried different combinations
of logins and profiles while running AA4.0.

I will let you know if I find a fix.

Try running the Exchange2000 Event Service as your Exchange service
account (like the one you had in 5.5). Seems to work for us, but it's
not the best. The code needs to be reworked for E2K.
