Not sure if this is a Exchange 2000 Admin or Outlook Form Question.

I am running Exchange Server 2000 with OL 2002 clients. I am running custom Contact forms. How do I run an automatic backup successfully on all the entire Public Folders thread and include all of the custom forms with user defined fields? Could this be recovered on a stand-alone client? I understand just exporting as a *.pst file will not work. After reading some postings I understand this is problem. If I had to reconstruct, how would I be sure I could recover everything?
