| After checking the journal. check your views making sure
that the view you have chosen does infact let you see all
messages. after that you have two options. you can use the
exchange administrator to clean out the mailbox. once you
select the mailbox account from the recipents folder from
the tools menu you can select clean mailbox. or you can
use the mdbvu32.exe utility,it can be found on the
exchange server CD. you can find instructions on how to
use it on technet
