Restoring a backup

Hi all,

I have a backup of my Exchange 2000 Server files created using NTBackup. =
What steps do I need to take to restore this backup? Do I need to stop =
the Exchange services from running and dismount the store folders or can =
I just tell NTBackup to restore the files?
