Author owa change password problem

Hi all,

I have followed the guidelines in MSDN - How to change owa passwords through
IIS, but still can't get it work.

I have SSL certificate installed, and everything it need. But when I click
on Change Password, it display an error : "Internal server error".

Any ideas? Please advice.
