Author Help with an NDR

It seems we are all of a sudden having problem emailing a certain domain.

The NDR says:

There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.
Please contact your system admin. <my.domain.name.com #5.5.0 smtp;571 - MAIL
REFUSED -Reverse DNS Failed - cannot resolve 164.58.x.x> -

That IP is my Public NAT address of my firewall. We are having no other
problems with email delivery. The NDR says it's a problem with the
recipient's email server, but it can't resolve my IP address. So where does
this problem occur? Thanks.
