Author cannot send mail to specific domain

Infrastructure
Exchange 2000 SP3
Outlook 2000 SP1

We are trying to send email to an address at coquitlamcentre.com but it
always comes back undeliverable if sent from our domain. If mail is sent
from an HTML account or an external mail domain it gets delivered.

Can anyone please let me know what I can do to trouble shoot this.

Do I have to look for entries in our DNS servers and how do I do this. I
have taken the E2k course but not the DNS or W2k courses. So maybe I really
need these to properly administrate an Exchange 2000 environment ?....do I
???

Thanks,

Ken
