Install won't complete (invalid dn syntax)

| Hi, I am relitively new to Exchange and have been assigned the task of
rebuilding the Exchange 2k server, onto a diff box. I'm using the Ed
Crowley method of moving the server. For some reason the install won't
finish. The Messaging and Collaboration portion fails to install. The
log makes reference to "an invalid dn syntax was specified." I hunted
around on the web and didn't seem to find much. I've pasted the tail of
the log below.
