| I have a big problem with my Excahnge 2000 Server.
Some users couldn't store the rules from Outlook.
They get the message like "The rule couldn't be created, check your
folderpermissions" (this is from an german text).
Can Anybody help me?
Did anybody know which folder is meen?
Tahnks a lot

| The only rules error that I've seen is where they've got more than 32k's
worth of rules, which is a hard-coded limit. But I guess that would be
worded differently, although it's worth checking...

| It's only a small rule! When I open the rule-wizard I see some rules but
it's not possible to delete them.
They always come back. And it's not possible to activate them because I get
the message "The rule couldn't be created, check your folderpermissions".
I've copied the Mailboxes from a Exchange 5.5 with the mearge-Tool.
And I've got the Message 1147 "Deactivate rule on public folder (rule-ID
1-ed578) an error (0x80040301) accours......"
Which Folder could be mean there? Pssible an system-folder, but which?
Hope someone coult help me.

| Check this article. You can use Exmerge to delete all the rules.
