I added a new primary smpt address to the recipient policies and all is
well except of OWA. I can no longer access my email over the web. The only
error message i receive is "Access denied" How do I reconfigure the web
access. Thank. Leslie.

Did you modify the default recipient policy, or did you create a new one?

I modified the recipient policy and added a new primary smpt and making the
old address secondary. Last night I relinked the web access link to the new
domain/exchange and all seems to be well.
