How can I block e-mails from coming in from @domain.com
and more specific e-mail address's

Implement the message filtering process. First, add the required domains to
the filter list in Exchange System Manager. This is found under Global
Settings / Message Delivery - right-click and choose the Filtering tab.
Second, you need to enable message filtering on the SMTP virtual server -
there's a checkbox hidden in the depths of the SMTP virtual server.



Properties of SMTP Virtual Server

Advanced Button (on General tab)

Edit Button

Apply Filter check box
