What is peoples opinions on the best way to ONLY allow SMTP email from some
root level domains.

What I want to do is only allow emails from *.com, *.org, *.net, *.edu and a
couple of others.

Another way to look at it is I do not want any emails coming from foriegn
root level domains being delivered, such as *.fr, *.cc, etc.
