Author Exchange Email Box not created - HELP!

I created the account using Active Directory Users and Computers. I make
sure to check 'create mailbox setting.' The login account is created but the
mailbox is not created. I have to manually go in and created entries for
SMTP, X.400, Microsoft Mail, and cc.Mail. What am I doing wrong? Let me
know. Thanks.

How long are you waiting, in my experience it can take upto 15 minutes for
the addresses to appear.

Check to make sure your Recipient Update Service is configured correctly.

Mark,

RUS is running and the interval is set to "always." I tried updating service
but mailbox still hasn't been created. Any other suggestions?

Thanks.

Delete your current RUS and add a new one.

PS - the mailbox will not show up in the ESM until the
user logs in for the first time
