Can not setup limits on mailbox size

| When I try to setup limits on mail box size in the
properties of Servers ( storage group properties->Limits
tab ) all configuration boxes are grayed out. I am using
the administrator account.
Please help.

| Sounds like you have a MailBox Store Policy that is setting these option, if
you go into Exchange System Manager, do you see the System Policies
container?, if you do check and see if there is a Mailbox Store Policy in
place.

There was a system policy in place. Thanks a lot for the
