The above Event Ids are coming up every minute in the application log of the
Exchange 2k server. There is only one Exchange server and its a new install
(not a migrate from 5.5). Its been service packed with SP3.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this. Thanks.

Event ID 1022:

Logon Failure on database "First Storage Group\Mailbox Store (LAWW2K4)" -
Windows 2000 account LAW\Administrator; mailbox /o=Law Exchange/ou=First
Administrative Group/cn=Configuration/cn=Servers/cn=LAWW2K4/cn=Microsoft
System Attendant. Error: 1010
Event ID 9175The MAPI call 'OpenMsgStore' failed with the following error:
You do not have permission to log on.The MAPI provider failed. Microsoft
Exchange Server Information Store ID no: 8004011d-0519-00000000

Do you see any other logs that indicate NSPI Proxy failure,
specifically events 9143 and 9176?

If so, reboot your GC (Global Catalog server) and Echange 2000 server
in that order.

There are no NSPI Proxy failure logs. There are Event Id 8197 appearing every 25 minutes...

I get those also (1022), along with a number of 9548 errors. I just assumed cause of the mixed Exchanged environment.
