Author Security on Distribution Groups

I am looking at replacing our existing Mailman (Linux based) List server
with Distribution groups in Exchange 2000, and had a few questions.

From a security standpoint, is it possible for members to submit mail to a
Distribution Group, and have it routed to an approved member for approval?
How would I set this up?

Can anyone point me in the direction of any good reading material on this
topic?

Thanks

-Scott

No, not without you creating the code to support that.

You might want to check out the functionality provided (out of the box) by
moderated public folders. Info at Q182904 XADM: How to Set Up a Moderated
Public Folder
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...;EN-US;Q182904.

You can also create the functionality yourself. Information on developing on
Exchange is available at http://msdn.microsoft.com/exchange/.
