filtering mail for a particular user
|
|
|
| I have a fairly large amount of SPAM sent to a non-existant user--sometimes
fifty e-mail a day. Is there a method to simply filter off this email? It
gets to be a pain going through finding individual servers and blocking them
at the connection level in the SMTP connection list.
Thank you.

| Create a Mail-enabled group, do not put anyone in the group, go to the email
addresses tab and add the email address of the non-existant user, and the
mail will just disappear.

| That's thinking outside the box. I'll try it out.
Thank you.
