Hello,

I've been looking for a "simple" way to automate auto-
response messages when someone e-mails my helpdesk, a
notice that will thank them for contacting us, etc, and
my main goal, to note, depending on the time of day the
message is received, include information noting if we are
open at that time or not, so if they e-mail us in the
middle of the day in the middle of the week, it will give
them a time to expect a response, and if we're closed
tell them it will happen the next business day.
Is there a way to do this in Exchange, or must I write a
script of some sort?
