Here's a quandry. How am I able to notify recipients of a
message in a public folder.
I've been at this most of the day

Matt,

Try this;

Right click the public folder
Select send link to this folder

This will create an Outlook message with a link to the public folder. In
the email message you can reference the message subject the users are to
ready.
