| Close but you are missing one key thing...
Open your Exchange System Manager;
Select Global Settings;
Then Internet Message Formats;
In the right hand pane select the properties of Default;
Click on the Advanced tab;
Put a check mark in the "Allow automatic forward" option
and click OK.
Now that's it. Just be sure that the "prmary" SMTP
address for your contact is the external domain address.
