SMTP Errors

Not a thing changed on our server and everything was
fine. Now we are getting SMTP errors when we send to a
certain company in Japan. It's error 554. We are also
getting errors 572 & sometimes 553. Every once in a while
an e-mail will go through, but not always.

It is so hard to troubleshoot a problem that is not
consistant. Could this be DNS??
